xKDK Utility

Ask not what you can do with xKDK, but what xKDK can do for you.

xKDK is illiquid and non-transferable by design, but can be utilized via Utility Modules.

Allocations

Users can freely allocate their available xKDK to any Utility Module to reap its benefits. While xKDK is allocated and consequently deposited on the token contract, it cannot be used for anything else.

Deallocating allocated xKDK will withdraw the amount back into the owner's wallet.

A default 0.5% fee will be applied when deallocating xKDK from a Utility Module. The fee is directed back to the Kodiak Protocol Treasury.

Transfer

xKDK is by default non-transferable, except from/to whitelisted addresses. This is designed so that essential interactions (like allocation and redemption via the token contract) and additional custom integration usages can still be possible.
